Return Policy
- If you find that you are dissatisfied with your product’s quality please begin by contacting me via the form below.
- Cygnet will accept returns for defective printing for either exchange/store credit within 30 days from delivery date, with the exception of sale/clearance items.
- We will assist you in an exchange of equal or lesser value, or in-store credit. In the option of an exchange, please see below for Exchange Instructions.
- If Cygnet receives a returned item that has not been formally processed and approved through the form below, it will not be processed for an exchange and we are not responsible for sending the items back to the sender. Cygnet will hold the items until we are contacted and further processing will be considered at that time.
-All approvals for exchange are subject to Cygnet Boutique's discretion.
Exchange Instructions
Please email the following: Your name, Product Name, Order Number, Reason for requesting a refund, and a picture (if able) of item(s) needing to be returned
We will then provide a shipping address* and an exchange confirmation number.
*Please note, return shipping fees is the responsibility of the buyer
