FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  1. How will I know when an out of stock product will be restocked?

There is an "email me when available" option on each out of stock product page, fill out that form and I will notify you when the product is back in stock.  NOTE- On all sewn items, please be aware that since some items are limited stock, they cannot be replenished. I try my best to keep you informed on which products are limited.

  1. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

I try my best to fulfill your order within 48 business hours.  Please keep in mind, I am a small business and am only one person, if for some reason I cannot get your order out within 48 business hours I will notify you.  Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.  

  1. Does Cygnet Stitchery ship internationally?

Yes. International orders may be subject to import duties and fees, taxes, and other charges. All additional charges are the customer's responsibility. Cygnet Stitchery does not collect any duties and or/taxes and I cannot predict what your charges may be. Once your order has shipped, I am unable to refund any shipping costs incurred should you not accept the customs charges.
